What is a Single-user Royalty-free license?
A royalty-free license can only be issued to the purchasing agent, who may be purchasing on behalf of a single client. Royalty-free usage includes unlimited territory, unlimited media and unlimited frequency, but the clip cannot be issued for resale and cannot not be used in any defamatory manner. We need to try out your clips before purchasing. Can we get a comp?
We provide non-watermarked, low-res comps (320x180) for $129 which are available online. For HD comps, we charge $99 for a watermarked comp. Turnaround is 24 hours. |
I only need a second or two of a clip - is there a discount?
No, it costs the same for us to create and publish one frame of footage as it does to shoot for an entire day. |
Can we purchase a clip without using a credit card?
If your company is requires us to provide a W9, please contact us. Otherwise, please contact us to provide you with our credit application. We do not release any footage until the application is approved and we have received a purchase order. Turnaround can be up 15 business days. |
Do you issue student discounts?
We do not issue individual discounts, but we do issue a 10% discount for institutional education accounts. Have a school administrator contact us to set up such an account. |
How do we get our purchased clips?
Upon online purchase, your clips are immediately available for download. |
I don't need HD, just standard format. Can I get that and is there a discount?
We provide our clips only in HD, with a minimum resolution of 1280x720. We recommend clients convert the HD file into the format that they need to ensure the quality they need. |
Why was my credit card declined?
Especially for Non-US card holders, avoid using any special characters when inputting your information. Also, be sure that the billing address is for the card holder, not the company. |
I'm getting an error message when I try to register
If you have purchased a clip in the past, log in as a Return Client. If you cannot find your password, you can either contact us to reset it (12 hour turnaround) or use a new email address to register with. |
